Are you being honest with yourself, or are you listening to the devil on your shoulder?👹

If you are not being honest with yourself, you are doing yourself a disservice! The negative, worrying, over anxious thoughts that you think about the future: they hold you back from living a happy life.

The little stories that you tell yourself can become your reality.

⚠️If those stories are sad or bring you down then you are not being very kind. You are causing yourself more harm than good!

What can you do about it?

Imagine that you are placing an order every day on how you’d like to feel, are you making a good or a bad choice?

If you are always ordering a huge portion of misery and fear, then that will take it’s toll on your happiness and mental health.

When you start being honest with yourself and notice how negative your are being, your life can change.
