About me

Hi, I'm Katy Stevenson and I'm an Anxiety Specialist. I am trained in Advanced Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapy, Kinetic Shift, OldPain2Go, The Blueprint, BLAST technique, with EMDR, amongst other tools.

I have a very caring nature and a real interest in helping people.

In January 2009, I was awarded with a Distinction for my Diploma in Advanced Clinical & Analytical Hypnotherapy (Dip AH) in Perth, Scotland.

I attend training courses throughout each year, which keeps me fresh and able to learn new ways of helping others. I felt that concentrating my efforts to being an Anxiety Specialist has helped me give my clients the utmost best service available.

Continuing on for the 3rd year running, I've received recognition for "Best" in the Top 3 Hypnotherapists in Fife. This award is from ThreeBestRated.

I am based in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland, however, I help people globally now, online. Location is never an issue. (Since the Covid-19 pandemic started I now only offer sessions online, via Zoom.)

Zoom sessions are just as effective as being in my office face to face, so don't let it put you off. I've done some great work with people all around the world, via my laptop!

Being a married mother of two kids is a full time job. As a home based Anxiety Specialist, I am able to do a job I love and still be there for my family, which I am very grateful for.

I'm easy going & friendly and happy to discuss any issues you may have. We can do this via phone, Skype, Zoom, Facebook message, text, What's App or email.

I'm straightforward and honest, I won't see just anyone. So let's arrange a call to see if we can work together.
